Core Survival Mechanics

The game simulates four critical meters: Hunger, Thirst, Warmth, and Stamina. Each action you take consumes stamina; every hunt depletes hunger; weather shifts drain warmth. You must balance these resources while navigating a procedurally generated mountain map. Prey animals—deer, rabbits, mountain goats—exhibit realistic AI: they flee in patterns, hide in cover, and call for reinforcements. Your puma can stalk, sprint, climb, and pounce, with each move affecting your energy reserves.
