The core mechanic is a 90-degree perspective rotation system—similar to the mechanic in the indie hit FEZ by Phil Fish—that lets you reveal hidden pathways and solve spatial puzzles by shifting your viewpoint around a fixed 3D structure.
What Fancade actually offers is a modular puzzle library. You are not locked into a single genre. The app currently includes three distinct game modes, each functioning as a standalone mini-game with its own objective and control scheme. The first mode tasks you with guiding a character to retrieve a floppy disk located at the top of a house, ruin, or strange building. To succeed, you must physically rotate the entire building by 90-degree increments, searching for the correct sequence of platforms and ramps that lead upward. The second mode is a pure logic puzzle: you must simultaneously place two chickens onto two separate control points located on different parts of the map. This requires planning a route that moves both characters in parallel without collisions. The third mode is a hill-climbing vehicle challenge. Here, you must drive a car from a starting point to a specific target location on the map, maintaining the vehicle's integrity while navigating uneven terrain and obstacles.
