Bitstrips gives you the tools to build custom avatars and place them into pre-designed comic templates, ready for sharing on social media. The app focuses on speed and personalization: create a digital caricature of yourself using hundreds of adjustable facial features, hairstyles, body types, and accessories. Once your avatar is set, you can pull in friends from your contact list and insert them directly into your stories.

The core workflow is simple: choose a template from a library of over 2,000 comic scenarios, then drag and drop your characters into the panels. Each template includes editable speech bubbles, backgrounds, and props. You can tweak expressions, poses, and text to match the joke or situation you want. The app handles the layout—you just customize the content.

Bitstrips also includes a Turbo mode (available via in-app purchase) that removes ads and unlocks additional character customization options, such as premium outfits, hairstyles, and themed props. The interface is designed for quick creation: select a template, adjust your characters, and export the final comic as an image to share on Instagram, Facebook, or messaging apps.
